First you have to be an author. I've invited everyone whose email I have, or have gotten from others. (I know I'm still missing people, so send me emails please)
Go to http://www.blogger.com
Then you log in, where you will (hopefully) be directed to your "Dashboard"
From there you will see the title of this blog, "2008-09 Rotary District 7850 Outbounds!"
Below it, click "+New Post" and a text editor will show up.
Begin writing!!!
